Pastor John McCrutcheon
Pastor John is dedicated to fulfilling Jesus’ command to make disciples by helping people grow spiritually and equipping believers to live out their faith with confidence and clarity (2 Timothy 2:2).
His passion is to see men and women become strong, knowledgeable followers of Jesus—guided by the Holy Spirit and empowered to make a positive impact on the world around them. Pastor John leads unbelievers to trust Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and he encourages believers to build their lives and decisions on the unchanging truth of God’s Word.
John grew up in Houston and has pursued extensive biblical and academic training. He earned an Associate of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from the College of Biblical Studies in Houston, Texas. He completed a two‑year Biblical Studies Certificate program at Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He also attended Bacone Junior College in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and later received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Southern Methodist University.
John is licensed and ordained through the Rhema Ministerial Association International (RMAI). He currently serves as the Texas RMAI District Director, providing support, encouragement, and leadership to pastors throughout the region.
Pastor John continues to serve with humility, integrity, and a deep commitment to helping God’s people grow into mature disciples who reflect Christ in every area of life.
Pastor Ericka McCrutcheon
Ericka is known for her honest, humorous, and down‑to‑earth teaching style, making her a sought‑after speaker at churches, women’s conferences, seminars, and banquets across the United States. She is deeply committed to teaching the Bible with clarity and helping believers grow into mature disciples of Jesus Christ (John 8:31–32).
Her influence extends far beyond the church walls. Ericka serves her community as an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Harris Central Appraisal District (HCAD) and as president of the Kirkwood Civic Club. She also invests in the next generation by connecting with students at the University of Houston, participating in campus events and sorority gatherings. Through one‑on‑one mentoring, she encourages women to live confidently in God’s grace, offering support, wisdom, and biblical guidance. She loves leading Bible studies and sharing her faith wherever God opens the door.
Ericka grew up in Florida and studied Computer Science at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She later graduated from RHEMA Bible College (1986–1988) and is licensed and ordained through the RHEMA Ministerial Association International (RMAI). She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies with a concentration in Biblical Studies from Grand Canyon University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Today, Ericka faithfully serves her ministry as a Co‑Pastor, Teacher, Worship Leader, and Church Administrator—using her gifts to build the Body of Christ and strengthen the community around her.
